Preparing For Chanukah 5786
The best way to prepare for Chanukah is to educate ourselves to ensure we don't fall victim to the mentality of the ancient Greeks that tried to destroy us. Rabbi Yaron Reuven says, the Greeks just wanted the Jews to think that HaShem created the world and left, and doesn't care about what goes on. Unfortunately today, over 50% of Modern Orthodox Jews don't believe in Divine Providence, and therefore can't even be counted in a Minyan.

No Share of The World To Come: Parashat Vayishlach
How does a person lose their Share of The World To Come? Rabbi Yaron Reuven brings a chiddush from Parashat Vayishlach about the wicked descendants of Esav and an odd verse from the parasha. Plus a teaching from Masechet Sanhedrin on those who lose their Olam HaBa for seemingly "minor things." The Truth About Efraim Palvanov And Mayim Achronim
Rabbi Yaron Reuven reveals the truth about Efraim Palvanov, a very popular Jewish speaker who happens to be a complete heretic. Rabbi Reuven brings three clear proofs of Palvanov's heresy: he says if it's hard not to waste seed, it's allowed, Gehinnom is only 12 months, and the Talmud is for the Erev Rav. Any one of these is enough to put him in the category of an apikoris and someone never to be listened to or trusted. Ramban says in Shaar HaGemul, just his statement on Gehi

The Worst Antisemites
Rabbi Yaron Reuven brings a Chiddush on Parashat Vayeitzei about the worst antisemites. It's not people like Lavan HaRasha, and it's not even Nazis, it's Jews that decide to abandon the only thing that makes them Jewish. They refuse to learn Torah like Yaakov Avinu in the Yeshiva of Shem, the original Semite, and many are so filled with hate they can't stand others learning Torah either.

Excited For Jewish Thanksgiving?
Rabbi Yaron Reuven says, it's forbidden for Jews to celebrate holidays like thanksgiving, but when they aren't at least as excited about Shabbat and Jewish holidays as they are for holidays of Avodah Zara, it brings judgment to the entire Jewish people. And nobody can be sure of their merits to be protected from judgment when openly committing sins.

Are You Paying Too Much For Cheap Mezuzot?
Stop paying too much for cheap mezuzot. Rabbi Yaron Reuven brings a reminder for Jews to make sure their Mezuzot are kosher and come from a trusted source according to the Torah. Mezuzot are a Jew's protection from harm, but they only work when they're kosher. Free is overpriced if your Mezuzah isn't kosher.
