Excited For Jewish Thanksgiving?

Rabbi Yaron Reuven says, it's forbidden for Jews to celebrate holidays like thanksgiving, but when they aren't at least as excited about Shabbat and Jewish holidays as they are for holidays of Avodah Zara, it brings judgment to the entire Jewish people. And nobody can be sure of their merits to be protected from judgment when openly committing sins.
