Rabbi Yaron Reuven reveals the truth about Efraim Palvanov, a very popular Jewish speaker who happens to be a complete heretic. Rabbi Reuven brings three clear proofs of Palvanov's heresy: he says if it's hard not to waste seed, it's allowed, Gehinnom is only 12 months, and the Talmud is for the Erev Rav. Any one of these is enough to put him in the category of an apikoris and someone never to be listened to or trusted. Ramban says in Shaar HaGemul, just his statement on Gehinnom makes him evil and is enough to never listen to a word he says.
I know Efraim. He has helped me a lot. This is just inaccurate and taken completely out of context. This is the definition of misappropriating a text or quote. I have never even heard him say remotely close to these accusations. Everything has a context. It's ok to disagree with his takes or opinions. However labeling him a heretic is a very very sad thing.
I have never heard Rabbi palvanov say anything that is ok to waste seeds. I listen to all his lectures. Ge is a very knowledgeable teacher
