Rabbi Yaron Reuven says, if we really understood what TeShuva is, we should be dancing! All our suffering and challenges in life is HaShem's chesed, and our Tikkun to fix our Neshamah from sins committed in a past life. Rabbi Yisrael mi Salant said, TeShuva is so great we should be dancing just to have Yom Kippur once in 70 years!
