What HaShem Loves is TeShuva! But HaShem especially loves people that cause others to do TeShuva. The Zohar says, those that cause others to do TeShuva are like the stars, they're eternal and set in the highest heavens. If people only knew the value of helping Jews do TeShuva they would dedicate their lives to doing KIRUV.
