Rabbi Yaron Reuven tells a story of when he listened to his Rabbi turned down $25,000. In recent years Jewish groups have popped up that cater specifically to non-Jews and have published Noahide Siddurs. Rabbi Yaron Reuven says, that Jews are obligated to help Jews first, and if they aren't most likely they're motivated by money and not serving HaShem. It's perfectly fine if Noahides learn the lectures and benefit as well, but to teach specifically to non-Jews is forbidden.
