Have you ever felt like giving up just when the challenges in your life become the most overwhelming? You might be just inches away from your greatest blessing, don't give up now.
In this powerful video, Rabbi Yaron Reuven explores the incredible example of Nachshon ben Aminadav at the splitting of the Yam Suf (Red Sea). When the Jewish people were trapped with the Egyptian army behind them, snakes and scorpions on either side, and a raging ocean in front of them, Nachshon didn't just stand and cry out—he stepped into the water. He kept walking until the water reached his nose and he was literally gasping for air. Only then did Hashem split the sea.
Too often, we take a leap of faith for God, but the moment we face a setback—like a financial loss or a career hurdle—we throw our hands up and quit. But this is not the time to give up, it's the time to push forward with extra effort – in prayer, Torah learning, Tzedakah – these mitzvot are the missing merit we need to get HaShem's blessing.
