Rabbi Yaron Reuven reveals the real and practical steps of TeShuva he went through as guided by his Rabbi Rav Efraim Kachlon. Rabbi Reuven said his first step was a commitment to learning Torah every day. They he realized if he was learning Torah he had to start applying what he learned. Slowly Rabbi Reuven started keeping Shabbat, keeping the holidays, fasting on fast days, and eating kosher inside and outside the home.

Then Rabbi Reuven started sharing what he learned with others. This is called doing KIRUV.
