Why Don't Jews Evangelize?

Why don't Jews evangelize like other religions to spread their beliefs? Rabbi Yaron Reuven explains that for most of the last 2000 years the gentiles haven't been too friendly. Aside from the obvious, a Jew is obligated to help other Jews first. If a gentile wants to convert, they're welcome to, but converting to Judaism isn't 1-2-3 like other religions, it's a process.
