This week is Shavuot and we will be Receiving The Torah again, reaffirming our commitment to HaShem. Rabbi Yaron Reuven brings an important lesson from Shlomo HaMelech in Mishlei 16:5, and the Jewish Sages in Masechet Taanit 7a: Someone that's arrogant cannot accept the Torah. Their ego makes it impossible for them, and this is a common factor in all the other religions, including heretical sects of Judaism.
