Is The Zohar is Part of the Oral Torah?

A viewer asks Rabbi Yaron Reuven if the Zohar is part of the Oral Torah, and then proceeds to argue with the Rabbi. Rabbi Reuven says, yes the Zohar is part of the Oral Torah, and the greatest Sages have studied it and they say, it's Zohar Kadosh, the Holy Zohar. A person that chooses not to believe the Zohar has many problems, starting with going against all the Gadolim who have vouched for it. The truth is most people decide what they believe before they even do a surface investigation of the material, and when they speak about it, they only prove their ignorance.
