Big Mitzvot vs Small Mitzvot

A student asks Rabbi Yaron Reuven if there are big mitzvot, small mitzvot or if they're all the same. The Rabbi says, we learn from Rabbi Yehudah HaNasi in Pirkei Avot that we don't calculate the reward for a mitzvah, but we can judge their importance by what the punishment is for violating them.
