A Spiritual Ailment Requires A Spiritual Cure

A Spiritual Ailment like depression can't be cured with food, watching sports and shopping sprees. Rabbi Yaron Reuven explains that while the body craves food and sleep, the Neshamah (soul) craves Torah and mitzvot. When it doesn't get what it needs, the mind and body become out of alignment, an ailment develops, and people have symptoms like depression and anxiety.
