Slaughtering Course in Jerusalem

This is to certify that Efraim Kachlon is now studying the kosher slaughtering Halachot under my supervision, and has slaughtered in front of me at least three times successfully, and was tested, and confirmed that he knows how to check and fix the knife.

He is a trustworthy person whose character traits and honesty are confirmed without a doubt.

This letter is only the acknowledgement and not the acceptance and authorization to slaughter.

Any help you can give him would be welcomed.

ACCEPTANCE

Here came to me the important Yeshiva scholar Efraim Kachlon, may God keep him safe, and he has good character traits and is God fearing.  I have studied with him kosher slaughtering Halachot based on the book "Beit David," and I’ve examined him, and he knows the Halachot, and learned with me the skill set of slaughtering and the fixing of the knife, and he has good sense and ability to feel very light flaws on the knife, and he has successfully slaughtered many times a good and kosher slaughtering that’s according to the law and ruling.

Our Jewish brethren Yisrael in every single place can trust him and eat from his slaughtering as his God fearing precedes his wisdom.  You shall eat and be satiated, and anyone who eats from his slaughter can trust him wholeheartedly and without concern.  And as evidence I have come upon to sign on Tuesday, 18 Adar bet 5768 (i.e. 3/25/2008) in Jerusalem, may it be built.
